And then your lovely other half decides it would be really nice to have a winter wedding.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Ohhhkay. Fine. I dont mind when, I just wants to get married
So next Jan then
Venue hunting again, it's all to do with real fires, I can see why
Do you think there's room for price bartering in Jan? will the venue / caterer will need pennies in January??
might have seen somewhere we like, not saying, not jinxing it. but you get to hire the whole place

At the beginning of January you might find it harder to get a good deal because of Christmas/New Year parties.:kisses2: Getting Married 5th November 2011 :kisses2:0

We get married on 30 January and we got no discounts for being a January wedding - I thought we might have but alas no. Also when I went to book flowers the florist was unable to do mine as she has 3 wedding that day already and we live in a relatively small town.0

Most venues have xmas parties right up until the end of january, but also a lot of venues do discount heavily, mainly mid-week, some on a weekened.
But also remember to ask when they remove their xmas decorations, unless you want to share your day with a wilting christmas tree.
Ask them and see whatthey say.
You have nothing to loose.
We are getting married in august and we are getting big discounts as we are having a wedding on a thursday.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T

 Chrimbo decorations, aww I didnt even think of that!!!
Yes a wilting tree wouldnt be exactly what I was after
Okay, anything else I need to consider?
I'd have said February but he got married in Feb last time and is dead against it.
I got married previously in March so thats out.
I thought december would be more expensive due to parties.
We've got like 7 birthdays/anniversarys in october and november. I think I'm really only left with January.
