Rainbow coloured theme- what do you think?

I bought one of these for my daughters room for xmas - it is lovely and the rainbow effect is brill... a few of these dotted about at your wedding would be amazing!

I love it, especially as that would mean like you said each brides maid could have there favourite coloured dress or sash etc.

Hi Laura,

Brilliant idea, Keza (she has a diary) is doing the same, all multi-coloured with the bridesmaids matching the groomsmen (or whatever they are called). I'll do the same if I get my proposal, can just see OH in a multi-coloured kilt, ha!

oooh, i have seen this theme done in one of the wedding ideas magazines i have, and i have to say, done tastefully it looked amazing. What they had done is put bridesmaids in black dresses with rainbow sashes, and rainbow shoes, it was very elegant, but with a twist. i love the cake in your first post by the way.

I think done properly it could be lovely, but I could see some people taking it too far and it end up being quite tacky.

I liked the BM dresses which where black but top border and sash were all in different colours, looks lovely!

hmmm, actually I've deceided to stick with my original colours of purple and silver... we went to visit a venue today and it actually had some tables set up in 'my' colours, coincidentally, and it made me realise that rainbow/multicoloured was just a flight of fancy on my part

Hopefully i may have provided some inspiration for someone else though :rotfl:
