Homemade coleslaw

Hi M ade Homemade coleslaw for the first time on thursday night- really yummy reciepe. I put it in my locl and lock box ( as recommended here
). Im wanting to eat it tonight but have noticed it looks far more runyy and am worried its ok to eat ?
I used shop bought maynoaise for the recipe so presume its ok- just need to check. Will post the reciepe soon if anyone wants as its a spicy coleslaw.
thanks for your help- just I have had a lot of stomach problems lately and cant take giving myself anymore.

All homemade coleslaw does this.Its osmosis of the fluid from the cells of the vegetables and therefore harmless

It should be fine to eat but I would reccomend eating homemade coleslaw asap as it does go a bit floppy and watery after a day or 20

i find it best to not add the mayo until you want to eat it
the shredded veg on their own, stay dry, its only when you add the mayo it goes watery overnight
so keep a bag of sliced stuff ready to go, and just make up as needed
