I cant seem to find anyone to loan me the money unless they are a con.
It sounds as though you are aware that your circumstances have changed from before. So you can't expect to be offered the same deals. What makes you think certain places are cons?
A lot of high-interest lenders have been called cons as they do charge a lot of money however in your situation they maybe the only option. Even if you pay over what you hoped, it will go towards building your credit and getting you back on track.
I think that exceptional circumstances do call for exceptional compromises.0
