Does it matter who pays for a BR petition?

Hi, became BR on 29 december, and have had a phone chat with the OR. I have now received a set of forms to read and fill in, one of them simply asks if I paid for my own BR petition, and if not I have to supply the name and address of the person who did pay for it.
It seems a strange question. If I say an elderly relative paid will they contact her demanding she pay my creditors or something? I'm worried about passing her details on, as she would find any contact from the OR very distressing.
On the other hand, if I say I paid myself will I get questions about how I raised the money?
It seems a strange question to be asked, would be grateful for any advice.

Its just a survey they do for the government statistics, Occasionally it has been known for a relative to get some money back if they paid for the bankruptcy, unlikely at the moment thoughHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0 -

Intresting question, i did not get aked that.
Excellent answer, I suppose now with a lot more BRs chances of money back would be rare.
