We stayed at a premier inn not long ago and loved the pillows - never slept so good.
I took it out of the pillowcase and looked at the lable.
Fogarty.. and these are the ones - http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/1274282/Trail/searchtext%3EPILLOW.htm

Proper cheap and you get four of them in one pack!

    we sleep like babys xD

Hollow fibre pillows are ok, but can be sweaty, and go flat after a while. But at £13 for 4 who cares?

Part of the Furniture 500 Posts Name Dropper Combo Breaker
For memory foam, try B&Ms - 2 for £15. I think £strecther/Instore do the same price (never used theirs).
Certain OTT members have caused me to add this disclaimer: all advice given is free of charge & as such should be taken to be IIRC (as I don't spend hours researching all answers  )!

I don't know about B&M's but £stretchers are very low quality

Sainsbury's have 2 feather pilows for 6,5 quid on sale. They are preaty good, no fancy pillow, but very smoth and washable.

Definately dont buy memery foam pillows from b&m or £stretchers - might be cheap but they are very poor quality memory foam and they are very hot and sweaty!
  • thanks everyone. Picked up a couple from M&S 2 for £5 and some from Aldi 2 for £3.25 will see if they are any good. could do with replacing more pillows so might give some other suggestions a go when i am not so skint!
  • A little late, but...hubby bought a pack of 2 bounce back pillows in sainsbugs last week- £4.50. They're reallllly comfy!

    :T :T :T :T Thank you ShiningDove :T :T :T :T

I just bought four in the Argos sale.

Yesterday I bought my usual Fogarty with the sprung insert, they last about 6 months. BUT- they've changed it, does not compare! (no pun intended)
It was like sleeping on bricks, had to get up for the night and on high painkillers this morning for neck and shoulder pain.

Took the thing back and made the sign of the cross just in case!

I slept wonderfully in two Premier inns and yes, I checked the pillows, so bought my own 4 for 2 offer in Argos right now (August 2010)

Tonight I sleep the sleep of Kings, or I'm going postal tomorrow!
