Co-op dividend

Hi all, my mum has a Co-op dividend card (not sure of the actual name of the card). She usually gets a voucher from the Co-op around Christmas, but hasn't had one this time. Is anyone else in the same situation and do you know why? Could it have anything to do with the merger with Somerfield?

I'm not sure but I sometimes dont have enough on my card for a payout so get only one a year in the summer. There is a co-op website to check your dividend total I'll go and see if I can find it for you."Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0

They were sent out early this year to make sure everyone got it before Christmas due to the postal strikes. So she should have received it around the end of November/early December.

Hi she has to have enough on her card for the payout they do have a minimum amount which you have to make for the payout to take place if you don't make it it rolls over to the next payout (my mum didn't get one but i did as the co-op is close to my house so i spend more.) If you think she should of had it i'd chase it up as it should of come end of Nov .
I find this card great,i get two payouts a year in vouchers & save them both till Xmas then get my xmas prezzies from there, chocs, biscuits, btls of wine etc all paid for with my vouchers!! they do triple points offers also which change frequently on different items so you can collect more!
