When the maturity date is reached, do Pru pay the money direct into a bank account by BACS, by cheque, or do you get a choice please?

Yes, I know I can ring them, but I thought someone on the boards who had had a policy mature could tell me,and, incidentally, as a MSE why did you give me an 0845 number. The geographical number is 0800 0725552 as provided by saynoto 0870.com;)

Would you not rather hear it from the houses mouth?

Re quote... "incidentally, as a MSE why did you give me an 0845 number"....

As an MSE member I did not realise I was restricted to such postings, will I find your comments on the T&C's

When posting on a forum you may not receive all the answers you want, however no need to respond in such a disgruntled way.

In life we all doing things differently, if I wanted exact information on my policy I would call my provider. However, some like you may just ask the general public, I wasn't aware you'd fall into this category....

I've got a policy maturing shortly and have had a letter saying they will send a cheque. I had to sign a form to confirm that they had sent the letter to the right address!

Without wishing to pry, was yours a joint policy and can you ask to have it made payable to one person, as we don't have a joint account, and was there much of a shortfall?
