How can I turn off parking lights on an '09 Ford Focus???
We just got a rental car for a couple of days. It is a Ford Focus diesel, '09. The parking lights are on, and we can't seem to turn them off. Anyone got any ideas? We need the car early in the morning and don't want to come out to a flat battery.

Had a look at the 2009 one and it points to the headlight dial switch - I realise this is a very obvious question but is it definitely at "0"?0 -
Have you centred the control for the indicators (so the indicator lights wouldn't flash when the car is on - if that makes sense?)0
