hi i have posted here before what a wonderfull site and people .
anyway ndl recomended that b.r was the best option for me i said that i had a demand for missed payment from a credit card he said if i was def.going to go b.r not to pay and only offer token payments to creditors.
so i have cancelled direct debits and stopped payments to creditors offering them token payments. one of my creditors sent me a letter about missed payment from d.d. AND phoned house AND phoned my work all on the same day well girl at work said hitatchie capital were on the phone for me i told her to say i wasnt in and if anyone else phoned tell them the same. so there goes for keeping it quiet i have contacted n.d.l. c.c.c.s. and trustdeedscotland all haave recomended b.r.
i have an appointment with moneyadvice scotland on th 27th
have i been too quick stopping all debt payments? i have no secured debts

if the next account is in her name and she is not going BR then yes it can be kept on.
If it is in your name then no you can't as it will be included in your BROfficially BR at 2.10pm on 6th May 2009, ED 7th December 2009
