think its spam, did a whois search on the tiny-url link they give and came up with:

on the other hand though, is there such thing as businesses just giving away their old equipment such as laptops? If so, where would be a good place to look/would it be good to contact them :S?

they already have 24k followers so i really doubt if its legit they have any left. Just seems too good to be true

You can tell its rubbish because it asks you to spam all of your friends by messing around with the Java code in your browser. Then it says it allows the "dislike" button to appear (which just wont happen as the dislike button doesnt exist)
