Primark Returns?

I'm not sure which board to post this in.

I bought a hoodie from the primark in Meadowhall on Monday. I didn't try it on because I knew from buying past tops from there it'd fit me. Anyway when I got home I put it on to show my mum and the zip got stuck halfway up, with a bit of manipulation it finally went up and came down again, but it doesn't work properly. It zips up fine on its own but when I'm in it it sticks and comes undone at the bottom.

Anyway I was wondering if I can return it to the Primark in Doncaster (they don't sell this particular hoodie) and get my money back or do I need to go back to Meadowhall to either swap it or get my money back.

Its going to cost £4.30 to take it back to Doncaster and £4.80 to take it back to Meadowhall.

i'm sure you can return any primark garment to any primark shop, my daughter bought a coat from primark over Christmas & one by one all the buttons have fallen off, not impressed as the coat cost £18!
or you could always ring the store first just to check they will definatley take it back :-)

I have returned items to a different Primark store in the past.

As long as you take the receipt you can return it to any store. Usually OK.

never any problems usally very pleasent staff, problem is usally with their sizes need to buy a larger size normally for me..

Thank you for your help, going to take it back as soon as I can get into town and just get my money back unless my mood suddenly changes and I fancy a trip to Meadowhall.

Never really had any problems with them either, I just wondered because of them not selling the item
