Can you recommend what type of Advisor we would need to see?

This is a ludicrous post ...if going direct where on the application does it have the advisers name.....if the client goes direct and informs provider what product they want this will not go thru as an advised sale....
How many advisers are allowed to do non advised sales!!

go to a mortgage advisor tell them what you want and they can source a mortgage in principle this does not show up on your credit rating and you will know how much you can borrow

Why does it need the adviser's name on it? if the client goes direct it doesnt matter if the product goes through non-advised at the branch or through the post as the advice is done by the adviser.

I would say the majority of advisers are allowed to do direct sales and the majority can do execution only (although execution only isnt what we are talking about on recent posts).

How can you issue a KFI recommending a product and the lender will issue a KFI on a "We are not recommending a particular mortgage for you” Do these both go on file?
