Bank charges & a complex barclays situation

Hi there, I am on the cusp of starting the ball rolling with regards to claiming back my bank charges with Barclays. I've sent off asking them to send me the information on charges made in the last 6 years.
However, it occurred to me yesterday that perhaps this isn't a good idea. My dh has a business overdraft which is still outstanding from a business he used to have a number of years back (balance of nearly £14k). It was passed over to a credit company who have frozen interest and he is paying 200 pounds a month off it.
Since it is now with the other company, can Barclays do anything with it if they get the hump with me for reclaiming charges?
TIA.

If Barclays have sold the debt there's not a lot they can do. Also they can't punish your OH for you claiming your charges back anyway.Barclaycard 3800
Nothing to do but hibernate till spring
