    I'd suggest a local charity (if that's allowed), they often get overlooked in favour of the big ones. There's St. Gemma's Hospice in Leeds which is for cancer patients, or there'll probably be leaflets and stuff in the local libraries.
    Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

    No CDC this morning, CD HQ believe there is another underlying cause of why I am drinking so much (not my pcos/the diet) as it only started in the last month-ish. So I have been ordered back to the doctors, which is fine... But I wanted to drop down to either the lowest plan (plus a meal) or the next highest 810cal, but she wont let me because she wants me out of ketosis for a week up until I see my doctor :mad: Even though I know how to knock myself out within 3 hours :rotfl: So I am doing approx 1200cal using the CD guide book and my own knowledge. However I have to test twice a day to make sure I am not in it... Oh joys :rolleyes: I know I will not get anywhere near 1200cal each day, but I will try, as long as I am not in Ketoisis :D

    Sorry for the huge explaination :rolleyes:

    Ummmmmm that's an explanation :confused::confused::confused::D

    SRM, not sure really, I usually support cancer charities because my sister had cancer as a teenager. But there are so many others I would like to support too.

    If people want to make suggestions I'll happily take them into consideration.

    Macmillan Nurses is definitely a possibility, as they helped with my Gran (I know there doesnt't have to be a personal link but it's more motivating somehow).

    I think I can claim on the works pound for pound scheme too - will investigate tomorrow. :)

    Elfen you sound so stressed chick, are you okay? :grouphug:

    MacMillan nurses are fab :T My youngest is under the care of one of their lovely breast care ladies - they're going to be invaluable (to us and her) in years to come.

    So I'll 2nd that idea if I may.
