Just wondered, I am about to try and negotiate with one of my creditors, anyone got experience on how much the following with reduce for F&F, debts are defaulted some 2+ years ago

most go no more than 40% reduction
most offers i've had have been about 25% reduction.
capital one offered me 40% reduction - they will offer you less first though you have to really pull on their strings to get the best deal.
Capital one usually accept reasonable offers.:cheesy:
i just wish i had the funds available to have been able to actually take up their offers!! _pale_

have the debts been passed to DCAs? you have a better chance if they have.0
