Appeals Process

How long does this drag out for as i have a cast iron case and i am still paying a deo (reduced now) and my debt will be paid off in 11 months .

After appeal they will owe me money which they know i will win so you can see my dilema .

    It is down to the Appeals Service, ad you are looking at about 6 to 12 weeks may be. Try phoning the Appeals Service as they will be able to give you an idea of time scales, it is not a quick thing!

    In the event that they do end up owing you money then the Judge will order this to be repaid, if he dose not for any reason, rembeer to ask for this 'Order'. The CSA then have to act.
