15% Deposit

We have seen a new house we are interested in, we have a 15% Deposit which is made up like this.....
5% own money
5% housebuilder gift
5% housebuilder deposit match (interest free loan)
Do you think there would be many if any lenders that would accept a deposit made up in such a way.

I dont think so , Halifax will take a 5% gift from a vendor but the way I see it that is a 10% gift.I am a Mortgage Adviser
