I've just had my first ever tesco delivery from ordering online, and it all went swimmingly but the order confirmation sheet states I got Y points for my order but they havent been added when I checked online.
Does anyone know how long it takes to update or should it already be showing?

I find online points a great deal of hassle.
If you email tesco customer services after a week or so, they will just tell you that they will be added to the next mailing. (by which time you have forgotten).
I try and keep a log of my extra points and then nearing the end of the points quarter, I write to Tesco (freepost) and get a response which usually says my points will be added that week.
Only once have I had to chase up the letter and that was by email to the girl that wrote to me, so all was easy to sort.
