Meal ideas for Duck?I

I have 2 duck breasts and also 2 duck legs in the freezer, and no good ideas what to cook with them (or the best method for cooking them).
I don't often cook duck and if I do it tends to be a whole one roasted. If we have duck from a restaurant then it will invariably be Chinese (various dishes), but I'd like to cook something else at home.
I'm not really a fan of most meat dishes with fruit or anything sweet and sour, and confit has too many calories! but all other ideas would be gratefully received!

my local indian takeaway does a tandoori duck dish
its lightly spiced (i'd marinade it over night in a tandoori spice blend of some kind) then cooked on a tandoor (i guess a griddle pan would be ok) and its then finished with a light coriander and onion salad
tis lush!
All hail to the sale!!!!!!
