Help!

Hello! I've got some spinach & dolcelatta that needs using up.. does anybody have any ideas? I'm stumped what to do as I don't usually buy these things, but the spinach was 10p in Mr T's and the dolcellata left over from xmas! My cupboards and fridge are pretty well stocked so any ideas gratefully received! :D

    Some kind of tart?
Spinach with pasta in a white sauce (using the dolcelatta)?
    On a pizza?

Sorry not many ideas I never use either ingredient!

Gosh just come back to the computer and a cry for help! well with the spinach you could make a salad or bake a flan with cheese.
If winter comes, can spring be far behind?

How about spinach and dolcelatte lasagne? Veggie lasagne's about the only way I like spinach, and it would probably be really nice with dolcelatte instead of goat's cheese (which is what I would usually use).
Back after a very long break!

    Hi skintfamily,

My first thought was quiche or spinach and dolcelatte canneloni but I had a quick look on google and there are lots of links to some lovely looking recipes here.

  • Thank you all so much  I quite fancy the sound of the lasagna & I should be able to get the rest of the skint family to eat it aswell!
