Can I freeze cooked meat balls?
I cooked more than were needed and I don't mind eating them cold but I have only frozen them pre cooked before and wondered if they froze well after cooking?

Yes, I have done this. Once defrosted, make a "sub" sandwich with BBQ sauce salad and sour cream type dressing for pack ups, if you like that sort of thing?

I freeze mine cooked, had some yesterday and they were delicious, couldn't tell they'd ever been frozen. Also you can cook them from frozen too, well I did anyway...June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500
