Well, I don't think it costs £14 pounds to send the vouchers in my case. Ok, envelope will cost 10p max, stamp £1 for recorded delivery (DarRagh said they send orders over £40 by recorded delivery, although I had made an order over £40 and it was sent by standard 1st class post), sticky take - you can't spend more than 10p on that, unless it is made from gold. Ok, how long now it takes to put vouchers in the envelope, to stick the tape and put the stamp on? If you are slow - 10 minutes. Working on £12 an hour, the labour would cost £2. So, total comes up to £3.2. Can I have the rest of £14 please?

P.S. If you send by special delivery next day, it would cost £4.1 for postage with compensation of upto £500. So, that would make total of £6.30 for p&p. I still want the rest.

Yes, at least 120% is sent by special delivery and 330% if first class!!! Not bad...
