Any CD WOW vouchers i have had usually take 3 days to turn up

If you've ordered one and haven't received it, their website says to allow 14 days (with them, 14 working days). You can check your when you ordered by looking at your piggybank, on the top left hand corner.

Normally, they take 2-3 days to a week but once in a while they will run out of vouchers and it will take longer. Once (a few months ago), their system lost people's orders and it took us a month to receive our vouchers, although Darragh (when he was working in PB) did credit us our points back.

mine came through quite fast to be fair, maybe about 5 mins, r u sure u sent them the correct number, no offence but Ive done that with another offer and had to email the co., to sort it out, there is a PB London phone no. on this thread somewhere. Hope it comes through soon, maybe they are just busy this time of day.

Mine was about 5 minutes also for a Boots Voucher. Did have 1 before that didnt come through so I just re-did it and it came through straight away.
