But I'm another who's never won any of the competitions for 1000 or 2000 points. Won some points in Darragh's album cover comp on here, and once won a comp in the very early days of PB when there was no prize whatsoever!!
Please stay and we could vote you for the post of the month in september for your contributions to pigsback thread(misskool august) and yes ive voted jules-2005.

OneFlewOver... wrote:Oh, I'm not complaining about getting something for nothing!! Nevertheless, you do realise that PB buy the £10 vouchers for something like £8.50 (someone will correct if I'm far out), so really make about 30% on the deal? Sorry, I enjoy PB and all that, but I think it's a touch on the greedy side.
For 6 months last year I was a manager of a Very Large Amusement Arcade in East Yorkshire. It has a prize Bingo game and people could exchange bingo tokens or machine tokens for vouchers. High Street, Somerfield, M&S, and Safeway. Head Office used to order these at around 5000 a time. The delivery came by Securicor and the invoice was enclosed. A £1 voucher used to cost us 90p. (10%) During the season we got through about 85000
As most vouchers are supplied by a couple of companies because you do not deal direct with the retailer the discount would probably be the same.
Pigsback may have negotiated a bigger discount if they could forecast bying say 25000 £10 vouchers so they may get a 15% discount as suggested by OFO
As stated in a previous post I will not be getting vouchers in future. I do however aggree with other posts about your reasons for going down the voucher route.3.795 kWp Solar PV System. Capital of the Wolds0 -
