    i made an order wid dell through pigsback in march.. that was supposedly not tracked.. i've sent numerous emails .. and kept on beong told that there was nothing they could do about it.. and today.. i've finally got my points..wat i dont understand is.. if it hadn't been tracked then how did pigsback know how many points to issue me with?

    all i can say is.. ppl dnt give up... keep pestering them till they give you them! it worked for me!!!
