Whoopieeeee, after 3 1/2 long months of stress, worry, arguments and anger, we finally have the keys to our new house sitting with the estate agents for us to pick up.
Luckily we have our flat for the next month too so there is no rush to move in, we can spend the next week or two painting and fixing little bits, but who cares, its OURS!!!!
Its such a great feeling although still scary wondering what state the house will be in when we get there, will it be as nice as we remember it, will the neighbours really be friendly and quiet?!?!
Right, got to go.....

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -

It's quite funny because we had a month to move as well and were planning n spending the time getting stuff done, but after we got the keys we were so impatient that we went ahead and moved in a week later.
Congratulations! It's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache.0 -
