    Boy oh boy! What a cautionary tail. I'm on a long term DMP which leaves me skint with no savings. I had thought if an emergency arose, (I mean it will do sooner or later) New short term loan companies may be of limited use.

    I've re-evaluated that. I think not this side of my grave, may be a better conclusion.

    Please, please don't borrow from this type of company unless you have the willpower to clear them in full within the month.

    As a result of payday loans, all down to my own sheer and utter stupidity, i now have no car (as i sold it to clear my debts) and very little luxury items to my name as i sold most of them again to clear what i owed.

    As you can see from my signature, i'm nearly there but it's been a horrendous journey :(
