Is anyone else like me and having difficulty finding retailers since they introduced the new look site.

I wanted to find jewellers and couldn't find anything which looked suitable under the "High Street" tab. I asked Quidco for direction and they advised me to look under "Fashion" This selection is far too broad with everything from Asda to Sock Shop.

Even searching jewellery specifically gives me results including Betterware and Play.com.

Hate it and can never find what I am looking for - but have found that it is easier to know which vendor you are looking for and actually put it in the search box......trying to find Jessops last week, no sign of it, put it in the search box, and straight to it!

I no longer trust quidco. i have numerous transactions that havent tracket recently, there is very little info on payment details on merchants time scales etc.

I too have started using topcashback tracking seems good so far.

I agree do not like it, also I have noticed that some companies such as flights, airport parking have higher prices on there as opposed to direct which was not the case before!

Yes, I've 'lost' a number of my daily clicks - especially over New Year. A few days into January a handful suddenly atracked, some dating back almost a week, but not all of them.

In my experience this was normal before the changes: I've always done the sums to work out which was the best deal. Ie direct vs quidco & cashback iyswim

I find the new one much harder to navigate and have had a few transactions declined lately so hardly use it now. I had always recommended it to friends in the past but I wouldnt any more
