Centreparcs discounts

I belive that CP no longer do online codes in magasines etc
However I thought when you went you then got a discount off your next visit if booked within 28 days. Anyone know if this is still the case? Another post on here suggests you now get money off vouchers for food and stuff rather than the booking price? Iam going in April (booked) and then again in Sept (not booked) so would appreciate any info if someone has recently been
Thanks
Ed

Hi , as I stated in another thread, CP don't do discount codes at all. They've changed the pricing so that the earlier you book the cheaper it is. They have stated that they don't need to do discounts as they have 90% occupancy all year round and would rather leave the 10% empty so they can do maintenance on them, than let them go at a cheaper rate !

I went to CP in December and the only 'offer' they do is when you're come back from there they give you an offer if you book within 30 days of coming home, of free Insurance and £25 of vouchers to spend in the village/activities. If you then book, and you see the holiday at a cheaper price before you go, they'll refund you the difference. This only applies if you're booking within 30 days of coming back AND you have to spot the holiday is cheaper, as they won't tell you !!!

so you have to keep looking on the 'rare' off chance its cheaper? i guess that pretty much means is cheapest price = current price..
    thanks for that, v useful ! :)
  • If you book within 28 days of leaving, you get free insurance, some CP vouchers (can't remember how much), and they guarantee the best price (i.e. if the price goes down after you book they give a refund). The code to use is CBSOON, and you need input your previous booking number for it to work.

Just to add, I used this code a few weeks ago and it works perfectly well.

If the price goes down after you've booking, they won't refund you the difference automatically. You have to spot it online, then ask for a refund, so unless you check everyday, it's unlikley you'll get it cheaper.
The CP vouchers are £25. Yes the code is CBSOON and you need your booking ref number, within 28 days of coming back.

Yes I realise that. However it only takes 2 mins to check. The price of my booking would now be 150 dearer anyway with only 2 of the accom type left, so unlikely to go down now anyway.

We booked our holiday within 29 days of returning so I was gutted to miss out. I hadn't even heard of such a discount and we have been 5 years in a row usually booking quite early.

Anyway. Called centreparcs today and they said would give us the vouchers etc. Fair play to them!!icon14.gif
