Not recieved muller cheque look here

i e-mailed them and got nothing, so i called yesterday she took mine and mr divadee details, then yesterday someone from teh agency that are doing the comp called back to say the cheques are on the way they were gonna send them out yesterday.

I won on the 2nd december as well, i think you have to chase them or you could be waiting a very very long time

I sent an e mail yesterday and received a call to my mobile from the marketing companythis afternoon to say my cheque is on its way

Won at the beginning of December and rang last week as my friends who'd won after me had got their cheques - got my cheque five days later.

Keep entering the compo but dont seem to having much luck

Ive won this comp 3 times, once in november when it first started and twice in december

I recieved 2 cheques in jan for what im gussing is the comps won in december, I never got round to complaining for my november win was always on my "to do tomorrow list" got the post this morning and the cheque is there! im guessing maybee they had that many complaints that they went through all their records again, the cheque was dated 4/2/05

I recieved my cheque a week after phoning customer services and also mentioned the cinema tickets that i had won, and recieved these yesterday.

Does anyone have a time where they noticed they had won, i still try twice a week but no luck. I had heard on another comp that if you were to enter just b4 midnight you had more luck

despite the marketing companies promise of a cheque within a week of 3/2/05 I still havnt got it!!! - Ive snt them another e mail today but no reply yet :rolleyes:

I just gave them a ring thanks OP they are sending out my cheque.

Muller customer services gave me a direct number for the company that deals with them, it must be very direct as they dont answer the phone as a company I just got a 'ello Mark'.

He asked who gave me his number, I said Muller CS.
