Chicken question?

I cooked a chicken yesterday and just used a bit of the breast. It was wrapped in foil and put in the fridge overnight.
My question is can I make a curry with the leftovers and then freeze it?
We have some friends over on Saturday night and I want to use the curry then but I don't want to give anyone food poisoning LOL! As you can probably tell I am pretty new to cooking and making our food go further. I am now at home full time and determined to make our food more economical and tastier. Thanks in advance

Yes you certainly can - make sure the curry is thoroughly heated when you 1) make it, and 2) reheat it from frozen0
