I love these boots but they're a D fitting (like most Clarks shoes) and I'd need an E.
  • I am an E fitting but find I'm usually okay with Clark boots if I go up a size.

Bought a pair of these in black today at Braehead in Glasgow. They had loads of both colours.

bargainhunter, I have very wide feet and a half size up is fine.

on the ebay picture posted by tigersilly, there looks to be a really orange stripe around the shoe. Is it that obvious in real life ?

It's not orange, a kind of tan colour. It looks ok in 'real life'!

I treid these on today and they are very comfortable. They are quite heavy though and I'm a bit clumsy so decided not to buy them, I'm regretting it a bit now though.

The other thing is I thought they were a fraction smaller than a shoe size 6 , I wear a lot of Clarks and am usually a 5 1/2 or a 6, but a size 6 in these boots would have meant I could not wear even thin socks with them.
