As my user name suggests I am keen on new gadgets and the idea of buying an HD Ready TV at a discount was a no brainer. Have a look at this page:

With the weekend discount and the promo code 'sympromo' you can save a bundle – and the promo code is good until July 17th. Handy if you want to go back and by a stand or something.
I am now the proud owner of a 32" HD TV bundled with a free DVD player - saved a packet!
The TV is spectacular and for those of you with an Xbox 360 and don't have an HDTV I strongly recommend going the distance - I am not sure how I managed without!
Enjoy! :T

Are any retailers running this promotion?
It would seem daft if it were internet mail order only.

I bought a 32WL56 LCD for my mum & dad a few months ago & although this TV is aesthetically nice, slim & sleek looking, the picture quality is not what we expected for over £1K.
The worst thing was when I rang Toshiba support, a friendly Tecchie told me that he knew the picture qulaity on their LCD's was not good & that he himself had bought a Panasonic which are apparently much better. Shame I didnt have this info before I bought one
Ive tried everything including TOTR gold plated Scarts, but still cant figure out why the on screen text is poorly displayed compared to my folks old CRT tv.0 -

i think your correct, doing a search with one TV worked out £190 cheaper on another site, and that was only for the 27" 27WLT56

Q "Is anything worn under your kilt???"
A "No. Everything is in perfect working order Thank You!!."0
