What % deposit do i realistically need to get a good interest rate?

as above really, obviously a 95% deposit would be good but not really realistic today, what % am i looking to need to get a decent fixed rate offer?

10% deposit will get you some pretty poor rates, 15% marginally better.
The best are for those lucky enough to have 25-40% deposit.

with a 10% deposit and good credit rating, expect to get a deal of about 4.6-5.x on a tracker or about 6% for fixed rate.0
