You said "the bank" As an ISA I think you should know what a bank is. NRAM ISN'T a bank. You don't need to deal with mortgages to know what a banks is/does and as its part of the financial system I'd have thought you'd know the difference between a bank and an asset management company, clearly you don't .

It is generally referred to as the toxic bank or the split being good bank and bad bank. Just because it doesnt take deposits, doesnt mean it is not a bank.

NRAM even refer to themselves as a bank on their website.

Northern Rock (Asset Management) plc ("Northern Rock Asset Management", "we", "our", "us" or "the bank"), Company Registration Number 3273685, whose registered office is at Northern Rock House, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 4PL

    disgruntled employee?

No, disgruntled customer, you're jumping to conclusions there

He thinks you're an employee due to the cryptic language you use ('guess who I WORK for' - well I have'nt the foggiest, believe it or not we have our own lives and have'nt a clue about yours).

To be frank I don't follow your postings. Why do you want a mortgage review?

No customer can simply walk away from penalties, so what's the point of a review anyway?
