Lucozade comp win - unsure how to claim.

Hi

This is my first post on mse - although I have been a lurker for quite a while, just never dared post anything before so I am sorry if this is posted in the wrong place but I need some help.

I have been entering the NPN lucozade comp via the web entry and when I entered tonight I got a text saying I have won 'a fantastic selection of Lucozade sports nutrition products'. Then it gives me the web address to claim and when I click on it, it asks for a code. Should they have sent me a code in my text or am I just being silly and theres something really obvious I have missed?

Hi moneysaving sam!

I won on this one a few days ago and they sent me a code in the text - only a short one (four letters/numbers). Did that come in your text? It was short so you may have missed it.

No, there was no code. It said please visit web address and enter. I wondered if there should have been a code after it said enter but theres nothing.

Oh well, my first win too. Just found a contact us button at the bottom of their site so will email them. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't me being silly before I did.

I've just been reading back through the posts and see someone else had this problem. They contacted Lucozade via the website - so well done, hopefully they'll get your prize sorted!
