If I had property allegedly worth 600k and earned 100k+ per annum, I wouldn't be on a hidden forum......
I just realised this applies to me. Strangely enough we have a life far from the conspicuous consumption you may imagine. We earn more than these muppets and do not spend anywhere close to their budget. By comparison with my peers from university, I would say we are about par. Please explain why this makes me ineligible for this forum? In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0 -

No matter how much you try to explain to most bears that the house price crash is over, they still won't get it.

If you cant backup an argument you dont have one. It's not my job to prove his point, it's his.
It would appear all the information is available for you and there is little more that can be done to help you.

You have been shown how to obtain the LR methodology.
Can you please advise any issues you have with it?
It may be interesting.:wall:

So far I've found this.
1) it's based on resale from 1995 onwards. Ie if a home is sold that was bought beofer 1995, it isnt included.
2) all reposessions are excluded.
3) commercial property of property bought by a company is not included.
4) all new builds or conversions are excluded.
Anything else we can add?
