    many thanks funnyguy, managed to do a survey to boost my points to 900, ordered a voucher last week and it arrived today! i would never have known without your post :)

    The three that I use are Lightspeed, Valued Opinions and GlobalTestMarket. They pay you for completing surveys for them.

    I also contacted them about not getting surveys and just got no replies. After the fourth email, I specifically mentioned a Nielsen one I was supposed to be getting regular points for doing, but had had none.

    I got a reply saying they were having technical issues and that was it.

    Not had a survey now since October 2009. Would love to close my account and re-open it, but I've got points in my account and they owe me some too.

    I also did that nielsen thing and never got any points for it, I have emailed them a couple of times but no reply.
    The other thing I find annoying is doing a survery for about 10mins and then be told you don't qualify.
