If there are arrears of over £100 that have built up because of agency maladministration, a PWC may be eligible for an advanced payment.I've been reading in other threads that some peple have recieved "advanced maintenence payments" i have an on going case from march 1997 and to this day, thousands of calls and letters later....oh and a positive DNA test inbetween im still awaiting a payment...I've also recently made an official complaint to the CSA and my local MP...Id be grateful for any advice on this matter....thanks...sasha...
The decision is discretionary and can be considered if certain criteria is met.

the NRP has to pay for at least 6 months which shows that they are serious about paying the money off. If it is down to non-compliance, then you won't get an advance payment.0

Ideally so. However, a shorter period may be considered appropriate in certain circumstances.A fairer CSA for all0 -

Contact Chal1964, but I don't think you do fit the criteria really as Kellogs has said , if the the case has been going since 1997 then I don't feel you will get anything soon and certainly not in advance
