Hi Can someone tell me who do I send the CCA request to? Barclaycard have passed my debt over to their in house team Mercers. Do I send it to the address I have for Mercers or Barclays? Thanks

Either. Doesn't matter. They are the same people, and are legally bound to supply the docs regardless.
They will probably send you a "reconstituted" unsigned agreement though, since they can get away with that. :rolleyes:

Yes, if they send an invalid CCA you can dispute the debt. This is what many people use the CCA request for - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=26867731#post26867731
You can send it to either people, usually most send it to the DCA so Mercers.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
