mortgage repossesion

can anyone help ,i had my house repossessed 3 years ago and the bank who repossesed it has not contacted me telling me its been sold .just recived my experian and on it it still says i still owe them.i know it was sold more than the asking price .is that money they got extra for it mine then. i got it for 34.000 ,bank sold it for 68.000. please help thank you

Any money received after repaying the loan, any charges and any extra lending secured on the property would be yours. I would have thought banks would be efficient at sorting this out.
