Suet pastry timing???

Going to try to make a suet pastry for individual puddings today.
I've found the recipe to make pastry on Google, but I can't seem to find the amount of cooking times
I know its me....................not seeing for looking, but can anyone help please?
Can I cook them in microwave rather than steam them for hours?
If so how do I 'cover' them? Can't use foil in there.

I've had a look in my Farmhouse Kitchen Microwave Cookbook and they've got recipes for steak & kidney pudding and rabbit & bacon pudding. It's one big pudding, 2 pint basin, and it says to cover loosely with cling film and cook for 7-8 minutes.Dum Spiro Spero0
