claiming back bank charges

can anyone tell me how far back we can claim them .how to go about it ,what evidence i need in order to claim them back,and how i qualify

i could send a cheaque but i think it would bounce then you would have to go through the hassle of claiming back bank charges ..but hey maybe by then i'd be able to give you some advice :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: don't ever think that's gonna happen do you (me giving good advice that is lol)
