Hey, apologies if this is in the wrong section of the forum.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Schuh about 2 days ago for £25.. had a look today and it had been reduced to £20. Anyone know if it would be worth my time calling them up and asking if they could refund the difference?

    Why don't you try it and see. If they have not despatched, you could always cancel and re-order...

    Called them up and they gave me the refund as the order hadn't been dispatched :D
