As the title says really , are there any 95% ltv mortgages out there?
We sold our very small house 3 months ago now and are currently renting , we have some funds left from selling the house but only enough for a 5% deposit plus fees etc.
I've seen a few suitable places we could buy but it all depends on if we can get a decent mortgage.
Thanks
Deb

none that I've heard of and there aren't many great rates for 90% LTV either. Keep saving, or look at cheaper houses I'm afraid.0

Thats what i feared , oh well. I think we'll continue renting for a couple of years. I'm currently a full time mom so we're on one wage which restricts us financially as you can imagine. I'll be back at work in the next 2-3 years which will help with the cash flow and hopefully the mortgage situation will be a bit easier by then too!0

90% mortgage are not very competitive. There has been a little movement, and some better rates to a few months ago, but still high.
The only way you will buy, is by getting the minimum 10% deposit.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
