Sky - Pace box issue tonight

Hi,
Wasn't sure where else to put this, but does anyone else have a Pace Sky or Sky+ box and has found it not working this evening? We phoned Sky and they said they pushed out a new version of the software and it's caused Pace Sky+ boxes to get stuck in standby mode and it wont be fixed until tomorrow and we have to perform a certain set of actions after tomorrow lunchtime and then it'll be ok.
Has anyone else got the same issue (concerned I might be being fobbed off!)? And has anyone asked for compensation (I know it'll be tiddly!)?
Would be interested to hear if anyone else has the same issue.

I have a pace sky+ v2 box and it is working fine other than I dont have any digital sound on the Sky movies but it has been like that for a few days and I havent got round to phoning them (again) about it.All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers

Thanks to Silvercar for the suggestion of looking at the Digital Spy website. There was indeed a BIG thread about this because everyone with the original v1 Pace Sky+ box was affected by the problem.0
