Just had an email to say my order has been cancelled i only ordered about a hour ago it also says that it will take ten days for my payment to be refunded, i hope they dont take the payment as i have only just ordered. :mad:

What time did you order them - just asking as I ordered 3 boxes at about 2pm so wondering if I should expect an email. Shouldn't have really ordered them anyway but no-one bought me a box for Christmas this year lol

ordered the Thortons with free delivery code yesterday but they only took £2 off instead of all the postage - been hoding for 16 minutes now to sort it out - the phone call will prbably cost more than i saved ! Anyone else have this problem - how on earth do you contact them - i can only find an daytime hours 0845 number - thats 18 minutes now !!!
