Made my call to CCCS today

Well i just got off the phone to CCCS and my appointment is booked for friday 7th July, just waiting for my starter pack now. Just want to say that this board has been a massive helped and give me the push i needed to finally call them so thanks

its always really scary as your not quite sure what reception you will get but i am with them and they have been really great for me!
if you get any calls now refer them to the CCCS and take nice deep breath and relax................................

I had my hour long appointment with CCCS on Tuesday, and it was fine.
I got really nervous and the folks on here had to calm me down, but it went OK.
My DMP pack came through today, and I'm trying to work out what to do next, but I'm sure it will be easy.

Glad to hear you took that step!!!!! They are so friendly and helpful! I did not have enough for a DMP at the time, but still had a contact name and email/phone number. Emailed her Tuesday late afternoon, and got a reply with great advice by 0930 the next morning!
Hope the interview goes well on the 7th!
