bank loan

after contacting the ccc and taking their advice which has been very useful we have had only one problem company ,our bank ,they have refused to lower the payment on our loan and have informed us that they will continue to take the money out of our account ,we have offered a lower payment ,which i might add is still a substantial payment but they have still refused to accept it . what do i do next.:mad:

    You need to set up a new basic bank account with a different bank. Use that new account for everything - then your existing bank can't money out of the new account. Of course, do NOT put a direct debit on the new account for the loan!
    Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac ;)
